HOT SPRINGS DATES NAMED BUSINESS MENS LEAGUE ARRANGES TOR A DIVISION OF TIME AT TWO TRACKS. Oaklawn to Lead Off March 3 for a Seventeen Days Meeting, Then Essex Park to Open March 23 for the Same Length of Time. Ilot Springs, Ark., December 28. The Hot Springs lntH for winter and spring racing have been decided on by the board of governors of the Business Mens League. The racing will begin at Oaklawn, March 3, mid will continue for seventeen days, after which the second period of the meeting will open at Essex Park, on March 23, and also run fur seventeen days, making a total of thirty-four racing days for this resort in the spring. Oaklawn will rely on Judge Jack Campbell and the other officials, who served at that course last spring and manager Sam J. Davis of the Essex Park track is negotiating with judge Josenh Murphy t preside at that track. The Essex lark track is now open for the stabling of horses, ami there are some quartered there at present, among them being the stable of T. J. Irendergast of Kansas City, who lias Arthur McKnight in charge.
