LOLA took the lead soon after the start and set the pace to the stretch, but tired near the end. ALTAMAHA ran a good race. MAXENTIUS showed early speed. DROMI linished well. SPOHN ran poorly. MUZANTI was in close quarters and came fast when clear. MORRISTOWN showed early speed, but tired. RUTH STRICKLAND set a good pace to the last eighth and quit. The winner was entered for 00; no bid.
