MORE RAIN FALLS AT TIJUANA. Shell Do Shows a Liking for Heavy Going and Defeats Palatable and Gladiola in Handicap. Tijuana. Mex.. March 12. — Another heavy rain ovi r night changed track conditions and mud ruu-u.rs had a decided advantage. J.
