La., March 12 — Dr. Charles F. ielbke. mayor of Gretna, the principal city of Jefferson Parish, announced today that he would fight against the establishment of two race tracks in .let fei-soii Parish, ielbke. who has always led the re-farmers in Jefferson Parish, says that he will take the matter before tne governor, grand jury and 1-gislature to stop the running of races in Jefferson Parish.
