RACING RECORD OF THE RUMP. In the latest issue of the Racing Calendar the death of the eight-year-old gelding The Rump is reported. A useful plater, which contributed his bit to the yearly stable earnings of his owner. The Rump started in 132 races in his six years of racing, of wdiich number he won 27 and 3,940 in stable winnings. His best year was in 1913, when he won seven out of thirty -one starts and earned in purses the sum of ,960.
