CONN AUGHT PARK JOCKEY CLUB GOES DRY. Ottawa, Ont., May 5.— As a result of the carrying of prohibition in Hull, voting on which closed today, the Connaught Park Jockey Club will also go "dry." It was announced to-night by officers of the club that the bar would be abolished at the local plant, though it is outside the city and in a township which is still "wet." The directors were unanimous in this decision, feeling that it would not be in keeping with the dignity of the association to o|ierute a bur in view of the fact that no licenses were granted in Ottawa or Hull.
