HORSE CONSIGNMENT STILL ON SHIP New York, December 27. The steamship Manhattan has not yet been docked and the consignment of horses from France belonging to Joint Sanford. Frank Hitchcock and others are still aboard, Preston Rurcli, who is here to look after the thirteen weanlings f Mr. Sanford, has been on board and reports all horses well. As soon as they can be taken off Mr. Sanfolds weanlings will be shipped to Lucas R. Combs at his Itcllaire Farm, near Lexington, Ky. Later Mr. Rurcli will go to Charleston. S. C., to look after the thirty-three horses belonging to Mr. Sanford, which are wintering at the Palmetto Park track.
