The latter was gaining steadily and finished fast. WATER WILLOW run well and finished close up. LARIAT quit badly after going a half mile. JOHN J. CASEY quit after going the first quarter. BLUE ROCK seemed done after going three-quarters, but came again in the last eighth and made a game finish. YERMAK ran well and finished close -up. FOXY- J RIFF was taken back soon after the start and lost ground by racing wide, but finished fast, DOLINA lost ground on the far turn when taken wide and outstayed KEBO in the final drive. The latter closed u big gap. 3IARY II. and THURSDAY NIGHTER quit badly. Overweights Dolina, 2 pounds.
