BAR GERMAN AND AUSTRIAN HORSES NEAV YORK N Y June 20 The complete ostracism of German and AustroHungarian racing and horse breeding clubs assignations and organiza ¬ tions from membership in similar associations of all other countries including the United States and Canada may soon become the adopted policy of allied breeders and sportsmen According to Paris Iju Jockey the leading French turf paper Eng ¬ lish and Belgian publications u movement to that end has already been started startedRequests Requests no doubt will in time be sent to all the jockey clubs racing associations and breeding organizations in this country to take similar action The purpose is to bar the entry of all horses thor uighiireds trotters anil others owned and bred by Germans and Austrians from any competition either in races or prizes at public and international show ring contests Neither will Germanbred horses be admitted for registration in the stud books of any recognized breeil of horses
