MANAGER MATT WINN AT LEXINGTON LEXINGTON, Ky., September 8. General Manager Matt J. Winn of the Kentucky Jockey Club was here today to have a look at the local plant, which is being made ready by superintendent John M. Keegan for the fall race meeting, which is to open September 18. It was made known that two lots on Breckenridge street, between the street car entrance to the track and the home of superin tendent Keegan, have been purchsed for the jockey club. The houses will be removed and the space used for parking automobiles. Roscoe. Goose has arrived-from San Francisco with a part of the John S. Ward stable. Mr., Ward will come herefrom Canada. Lloyd Gentry has urrfved with his horses from Saratoga.
