RACING ASSOCIATIONS SUBSCRIBE; COLLECTION FOR REMOUNT FUND Frank J. Bryan, who was delegated to make the Maryland collections for the 0,C00 remount fund to be distributed as premiums for government-bred foals, mares and stallions at various fairs, has reported that the Harford Association, which begins its meeting at Havre de Grace today, has contributed ,000. A like amount has already been pledged by the Maryland Jockey Club and the Mary-land State Fair Association at Laurel, so that Maryland has already pledged ,000. With a like generosity from other associations throughout the country the fund would be considerably oversubscribed.
