DEVONSHIRE CLUB ELECTS OFFICERS At a meeting of the directors of the Devonshire Club, held at Windsor last Saturday, the following officers -wore elected: W. R. Wollatt, president; James Arthur, vice-president; Norman F. Wray. secretary -treasurer; Bradley- Wilson, general manager. The following directors were elected for the ensuing year: W. R. Wollatt, James Arthur. J. England, J. Fred Reid.: William Garth. G. R. Bry-son, G. II. Keeiie, Bradley Wilson and: P. E. Wilson. G. R. Bryson was appointed chairman of a committee consisting of James Arthur, Bradley Wilson and P. E. Wilson: to supervise tlie building of one I of the best steeplechase courses in the country, and the same committee is to arrange for tlie building of a new mutuel plant. Mr. Bryson will have full charge of the mutuel plant next year. Plans were also mapped out for other improvements, and the board also ordered the purchase of the Stokes property, which adjoins the Devonshire course.
