FRANK BRUEN NOW AT BELMONT PARK NEW YORK. N. Y., September 5. F. J. Union, general manager of the Cuba-American Jockey and Auto Club, has arrived at Belmont Park after a vacation trip in Maine. He is accepting stake entries and stabling applications from horsemen at the track for the big races of the winter season at tlie Havana track, and reports much interest among owners and trainers. James Milton was an arrival from Baltimore to confer with manager ltrueu on a number of matters connected with the Cuban racing season.
