Y., October 29. Racing secretary Earlocker of the Westchester Racing Association and the Saratoga Association for the Improvement of the Breed of Horses announced yesterday the list of stokes for these organizations which will be rui: at Belmont Park and Saratoga respectively next year and in some instances in 1923 and 1924. The features for both of tliese courses have been added tn year by year, keeping march witli the prosperity of the turf in the East, so that they are now at a point where they yield a most generous return to those that win them. That these stakes will attract the pick of the juveniles now in the United States goes without saying. There is no change in the number of stakes of the Westchester Racing Associations program, but Saratoga has a new event for two-year-olds in the Saratoga Selling Stakes, which is unique, as it is exclusively for juveniles which were bought at the sales during the past August at the Spa. A feature of the race will be a 00 cup, donated by the Fasig-Tipton Company, which promotes tho sales at that point. ENTRIES CLOSE NOVEMBER 21. The Saratoga features, which will close on November 2S, a week later than "those of the Westchester Association, are of the same splendid value which has year after year brought the best horses in the country to this lovely course in the foothills of the Adirondacks, and made these meetings conspicuous for their excellence.
