Won easily; second and third driving. ENCHANTMENT began forwardly and, gaining rapidly when called on, raced into a small lead at the end, but ran green. BETTER TIMES set a fast pace for the going and drew away in the stretch, but could not withstand the winners challenge. CARTOONIST is quite large and ran high in flesh, but settled into his stride immediately and gradually improved his position into a game third. GHOST, off well, showed speed, but ran green and tired in the last eighth. AMBLER ran a good race. The last five were not persevered with when beaten.
