RACING AT MICHIGAN FAIRS OWOSSO, Mich., April 15.— Running races will be held in connection with harness events on the Michigan Fair circuit, comprising several of, the best fairs in this state. The circuit will open at Owosso on August 22, then follow in succession the fairs at Bay City, State Fair Detroit, Jackson, Grand Rapids and Adrian. Purses will range from 00 to 00.
