SIR WILLIAM NELSON, ENGLISH TURFMAN, DIES SPECIAL CABLEGRAM. LONDON, England, July 7. Sir William Nelson, who until a few years ago maintained a large racing stable, died suddenly this morning at tho age of 70. Sir William disposed of his holdings and retired from turf activity after the racing season of 1919.
