MEXICO CITY RACING DATES WINDSOR. Ont., July 7. E. K. Bryson announced that he would leave for Mexico City some time in November to prepare the place for a winter meeting which will begin about January 1. 1923, and continue for forty days. Bryson claims that these dates were decided on at a meeting of the International Jockey Club, which was held June 15.
