CANADAS TURF RULERS MEET MONTREAL, Que., September 5. A meeting of the Canadian Racing Associations was held in the clubhouse at Blue Bonnets this morning, routine and other business being transacted. The following licenses were withdrawn: Jockeys W. J. OBrien and J. Williams, who made use of the licenses for other purposes than riding; Simpson Boyle and N. Foden, who were ruled off at King Edward Park. The entry of the horse Oakling has been declared eligible for racing. The horses Ferrura and The Belgian II. were placed on the stewards schooling list for bad post behavior. Jockey A. W. Heinisch withdrew his application for a riders license. W. A. McKinney was granted a trainers license.
