t BLUE BONNETS FIGURES The fall meeting of the Montreal Jockey Club at Blue Bonnets embraced tho usual seven days permitted under the Canadian law, occupying the period from September 2 to September 9. A total of 0,070 was distributed In stakes and purses, an average of ,581. The racing was up to the high standard maintained on the tracks under the jurisdiction of the Canadian Racing Associations. The attendance was of goodly proportions and all in all the meeting was a pronounced success. While the stable of Commander J. K. L. Ross played an important part in the Blue Bonnets sport, it did not win the most money, that distinction falling to A. Bostwick, with a total of ,765. The Ross winnings amounted to ,625. The largest winner among the horses was Fairway, with two victories and ,965 to his credit. There was a tie for the saddle honors, E. Barnes and H. Erickson each riding seven winners.
