JOCKEY ONEILL HAS BIG LEAD PARIS, France, August 23. ONeill was the most successful rider in France during the past week, when he added seven units to his score. Garner ran him a close second with six winning mounts, while Bartholomew and Winkfield had three each, McGee two, and Stern and Hayes one each. The totals are: ONeill, 112; Bellhouse, 70; McGee, 50; Sharpe, 45 ; Garner, 42 ; Bartholomew and Winkfield, 37 ; Stern, 23 ; Haynes, 22 ; Brethes 21; Esling, 19; Bosch, 17.
