DUFFERIN PARK FIGURES The second and final meeting of the year at DufCerin Park, held from September 4 to September 11, was one of the best ever conducted over a half-mile track in Canada. The attendance broke all previous records and the racing itself was wholesome and sparkling. A total of 5,000 was distributed during the seven days of racing, an average of ,000 daily, a high figure for a minor track. Of the owners taking part in the meeting W. M. Cain was the largest winner, while Lady Binmore accounted for the most money among the horses. J. B. Partridge tops the list of the trainers. W. Taylors riding was the sensation of the meeting, his work in the saddle being remarkable. He rode nineteen winners in seven days.
