Won driving; second and third tha same. ALLIE OCHS set a fast pace from soon after the start and outstayed DICKS DAUGHTER in a game finish. DICKS DAUGHTER raced in closest and game pursuit all the way and had no mishaps. HOMESTRETCH lacked early speed, but finished with a belated rush. AVALANCHE was prominent throughout, but tired in the final eighth. SCARE CROW closed a big gap while on the extreme outside in the last quarter. RORK was forced very wide when entering the stretch. Won ridden out; second and third driving. THORNHEDGE began slowly, but gained steadiiy on the outside after going a half mile and wore WINNECONNE down in the last strides to win drawing clear. WINNECONNE raced ORCUS and KIRKLEVINGTON into defeat in the first three-quarters and, taking the lead, saved ground when entering the stretch, but tired in the final drive. REGAL LODGE showed decided improvement and, finishing resolutely, easily disposed of ORCUS. The latter was badly ridden and quit badly in the final quarter. KIRKLEVINGTON bled. Won driving; second and third tha same. YALENTTA took the lead quickly and, making the pace fast, tired after entering the stretch, but held ESQUIRE safe in the final drive. ESQUIRE raced in closest pursuit and, saving ground on the turns, made a game finish. TRANSIENT made a threatening rush on the stretch turn, but tired in the final eighth. BRIGHT LIGHTS had a clear course all the way and ran a game nice. NOTIME closed a big gap after suffering from interference in the first eighth. RALCO displayed improved speed and raced i DAYDUE into defeat, but could not keep pace with the leaders through the stretch. Won driving; second and third tho same. LUSTROUS took the lead at once and, racing MORMAW into defeat in the early running, was under hard riding at the end to withstand CONTOURS challenge. The latter was forced wide whila rounding the last turn, but finished fast and gaining. PAY DEAR dwelt slightly at the start, but raced ! next to the inner rail throughout and outfinished PANACHE in the final drive. The latter had a rough j lime and had to nice wide all the way. QUARREL met with repeated interference. MORMAW tired I badly after going a half mile. Scratched C5717 Etlmea, 115; G5717 Bethany, 115.
