RULED OFF THE TURF HAVANA Cuba February 7 The stewards issued a ruling this afternoon which burs jockey F Wilson from the turf The ruling in full follows followsMartin Martin Nathanson secretary of the Cuba American Jockey Club You will please bo advised that jockey F AViison has this day been ruled off the turf In this case the board of stewards Isave from the beginning of this meeting in November attempted to givethia boy every chance to make amends for many previous and often repeated offenses of foul and indecent language being drunk and many other infractions of the rules of racing Con ¬ sequently he was only granted a probationary license to ride at this track restricting him to riding horses belonging to his employers Messrs Lowe Ccbrian His recent offensa was of such serious nature that the board oC stewards would be negligent of performance of their duty if they failed to inflict the most severe ruling within their power In banish ¬ ing forever this jockey from the turf and for the best interests of racing so it is or ¬ dered that his jockey license be revoked that he shall be ruled off the turf for Ufa and forever be denied the privilege ot tills track and grounds groundsSigned Signed SignedJOHN JOHN HACIIMEISTER HACIIMEISTERPresiding Presiding Steward
