W. F. CISCO PASSES AWAY LOUISVILLE, Ky.. April 10. NVws of the death at St. Petersburg. Fla.. of Capt. W. I". Cisco, wtll-known local turfman, was re-cerred here. Cisco lived in Jeffersonville, Ind., across the Ohio River from here and he raced horses in fhis section for many years. His last two thoroughbreds were M. Bert Thuraaan and Alvin T. Hert. both of which were cremated when their barn burned last year.
