GRANT JUMPING LICENSES Trainers and Riders Given Papers by National Hunt Body — Authorized Agents Approved. NEW YORK. N. Y.. April 10. — At a meeting of the executive committee of the board of stewards of the National Steeplechase and Hunt Association, held here last week, the following licenses were granted: Trainers: Major Frank W. White. R. . Itz. George A. Saportas. Clarence Reid, George Stevens. John Hastings, J. T. Ker-math. Jockeys: Hoy Gilbert. C, Jones. C Smoot. Sidney Veitch. William Borgan. The application of Harvey Williams foT" a jockey license was denied. The appointment of the following authorized agents was approved: Major Frank W. White for William A. Reid : M. Smart for S. Iby L. Bt.rch; J. T. Kermath for K. B. Str.issburgei . The applications of John T. Skinner and Roger H. Bayly for certificates as gentleman riders were approved subject to the approval of the Hunts committee. The United Committee of the National St • eplechase and Hunt Association have granted a sanction to the United Hunts Racing Associations to hold a race meeting at Belmont Park Saturday.
