GRANT JUMPING LICENSES Trainers and Riders Given Papers by National Hunt Body — Authorized Agents Approved. NEW YORK. N. Y.. April 10. — At a meeting of the executive committee of the board of stewards of the National Steeplechase and Hunt Association, held here last week, the following licenses were granted: Trainers: Major Frank W. White. R. . Itz. George A. Saportas. Clarence Reid, George Stevens. John Hastings, J. T. Ker-math. Jockeys: Hoy Gilbert. C, Jones. C Smoot. Sidney Veitch. William Borgan. The application of Harvey Williams foT" a jockey license was denied. The appointment of the following authorized agents was approved: Major Frank W. White for William A. Reid : M. Smart for S. Iby L. Bt.rch; J. T. Kermath for K. B. Str.issburgei . The applications of John T. Skinner and Roger H. Bayly for certificates as gentleman riders were approved subject to the approval of the Hunts committee.
