JUDGE MURPHY ON WAY TO MAPLE HEIGHTS Judge Murphy is row on his way to Cleveland, where he will be the presiding steward at Maple Heights, which meeting opens Saturday. He left Chicago enthusiastic over the plans of the Chicago Business Mens Racing Association and was confident that ground would be broken for the new track at Riverdale within a few weeks.
