NOTED BROOKLYN HANDICAP « Attracts Seventy-Three Nominations for This Years Running. ■ • Exterminator. Grey Lag, Lucky Hour, Runt- inp and Other Stars Among the 1 ine Array of Entries. ♦ MOT YORK, K Y.. May 9— The Brooklyn Handicap of 0,000, at a mile and an eighth, one of the more important events for older horses during the Metropolitan spring season, has attracted this year an entry list of seventy-three. Willis Sharpe Kilmer has named his champion gelding Exterminator, which beat Grey Lag in a wonderfully close struggle for first honors in last years running of this race, and the Rancocas stable has also entered the fleet son of Star Shoot again. Metropolitan racegoers will look forward with great anticipation to another meeting between this pair in the historic Brooklyn. But while the older horses will receive their share of the attention, the four-year-olds, newcomers to the handicap division, and a fair sprinkling of three-year-olds in the entries will also arouse much interest. Kai-Sang, Bunting, Lucky Hour and Pilory are among the stars of last years three-year-old campaign that are to be found in the list. Dunlin, Martingale, Rialto, Enchant and Wilderness are some of the better known three-year-olds in the entries.
