E. POOL IS SUSPENDED LOCISVILLH. Ky.. May Iff.— An echo of yesterdays tumble by Kennedy on Eventide came in the afternoon in the form of the following from the stewards: "Upon the report of Btowanl Leonard, corroborated by UM testimony of Jockey Kennedy, and after hearing the testimony of starters Snyder and Hamilton and jockeys engaged in the race, the stewards suspended jockey H. Pool for the remainder of the meeting for rough riding in the sixth race yesterday, in which Eventide was knocked down. This ruling will not apply during such suspension, however, to stake engagements of the contract employer at time of suspension, or of others, provided that such engagements made by the latter have been lodged in writing with the secretary prior to time of suspension.
