BIG VICTORY FOB MACOMBEE SPECIAL CABLEGRAM. PARIS, France, Oct 8. A. K. Macombers Parth, ridden by the American jockey Frank ONeill, beat H. Ternyncks Massine by a neck in the 0,000 Prix de Triomphe at Longchamps yesterday. Only a neck farther back came C. Ranuccis Filibert de Savoie, winner of the Grand Prix de Paris. Thirteen horses started in the race, which is an international dash for three-year-olds and over, at a mile and a half. The race was truly run and the beaten horses had no mishaps. Although the weather was threatening a big crowd turned out for the event. Parth was at 9 to 1 in the pari-mutuel machines.
