STEEPLECHASE PROSPECTS XiAUREL, Md.. Oct 15. William Garth, who is training just an even dozen steeplechase horses at present, will make seven new jumpers this fall. Among those which will be schooled through the field are Martingale and Golden Rule. Bigheart will be hunted this fall with the idea of converting him into a steeplechaser.
