SUNDAY RACING AT PARIS SPECIAL CABLEGRAM. PARIS, France, Oct. 15. Jefferson Davis Cohn was forced to wait a year for revenge after his colt Dauphin had been disqualified for carrying wrong weight after finishing first in the Prix du Conseil Municipal at Longchamps last fall, but yesterday over the same course and in a renewal of the same stake race Dauphin carried his owners colors to an easy victory. It might have been a different story if A. K. Macombers Parth had started, but he was withdrawn shortly before post time. Twenty-three horses started in the race and Dauphin was a strong favorite in the mutuels. The Cohn horse is now a five -year-old. He is a son of Mon Petoit and Madame Royale. "Vatard, a French jockey, sent him away from the barrier running fast and he raced into an easy lead, winning in a canter by four lengths. The race is at a mile and a half with 0,000 added. In the Grand Criterium, for two-year-olds, J. E. Wideners Carnation was best, but she met with bad racing luck and finished second to Clavieres. Scaramouche was third. Fourteen started in the race.
