NEW TRACKS IN HONOLULU BALTIMORE, Md., Nov. 12. Senator Robert Shingle of Honolulu was a visitor at Pimlico Saturday. He was quite enthusiastic over the racing and said that the Hawaiian Jockey Club was building a fine modern race course on the outskirts of Honolulu. There arc quite a few thoroughbreds on the island and a couple of breeding farms.
