HUONORA raced in nearest pursuit of the pacemaker and stumbled on landing at a couple of the Jumps, but raced past the leader with a rush in the last turn of the field and held the race safe for the remainder of the way. BRIGANNA jumped well and finished gamely, hut could not reach the winner. MINATA raced well all the way. ARMENUS outfinished the tiring LOLLIPOP. DANIEL BOONE tired badly after gcing one and a half miles and fell at the thirteenth jump. Scratched 75379 Vox Populi II., 130. Overweights Briganna, 1 pounds. AGGRAVATING PAPA was outpaced for the first half then raced to the leaders on the outsido and taking the lead stood a hard drive gamely and outfinished ROMAN GIRL. The latter raced XIXIA into early defeat and. saving ground on the turns, tock the lead but could not withstand .the winners challenge. BLUE STREAK came fast through the stretch run and outgamed WARREN LYNCH. The latter closed a gap and finished with a rush on the inside. XIXIA set the early pace and quit. LADS LOVE, after being saved close up to the leaders and on the outside, came fast through the stretch and, finishing gamely, passed KING JOHN midway of the stretch nnd was going away at the end. The latter set a good pace, saved grc-und on the turns, and had no mishap. VALENTIA raced well, but tired in the final drive. ALL AMERICAN closed a his gap. ROYAL DUCK was away poorly and ran a bad race. HEPHAISTOS n.ccd under stout restraint for the Dist mile and a half then gained steadily in the last three-quarters while on the outside and, finishing gamely through the stretch, passed CHACOLET midway of the stretch and won going away. CHACOLET was saved in the early running and was taken next to the inner rail and raced into a clear lead in the last quarter, but gave way when, challenged. SUNSINI ran well for two miles and tired. The latter worked his way up gradually, but tired after taking a brief lead. RHINEGOLD set a good pace to the stretch and tired badly. TACACEY raced prominently all the way. ADVOCATE quit badly after gcing three-quarters. MARY MAXIM was rushed into prominent contention, but quit in the stretch. The latter raced into an easy lead, but tired badly in the last quarter. The last three at the start were unprepared.
