FAIR GROUNDS NOTES j G. C. "Winfrey has disposed of Mom, Bell of Blue Ridge, Trevelyan and Felicitous t-his brother G. C. Winfrey at a private sale. The third issue of the program book vri be distributed among horsemen late Wed nesday by racing secretary McLennan. Th book "will run from January 28 to Februar; i T. H. Bernhardt, local horseman, is th first owner to pay a 5 fine for entering : horse in a race for -which it is ineligible Bernhardt had Baladin in the sixth Tues day.
