SIGNS RELATIVE OF SANDE SAN DIEGO, Cal., Jan. 22. Bert Baroni. the Reno turfman, has signed the promising apprentice Kenneth Hoagland. a first cousin to Earl Sande, to ride for him. Hoagland hails from the same Idaho town that gave Ivan Parke to the turf.
