SOME FOREIGN DECLARATIONS In England declarations from the Lincolnshire Handicap. Liverpool Grand National Steeplechase and other important and closed races of the coming spring campaign were published January 31. Seventeen of the seventy-five entries in the Lincolnshire were declared out, but the French hero, Epinard, 110 pounds and all, was left in and is the nominal favorite at 10 to 1. There is a general impression that he will not be started, but he may and the layers are taking no chances. Thirten of the seventy-two in the Liverpool Grand National were taken out, including Turkey Buzzard, Wavertree and the French jumper Onyx III. All of these were well thought of in connection with the race. As it now stands Music Hall is the top weight at 175 pounds, followed in order by Gerald L., 174 ; Shaun Spadah, 173 ; Hawker, 171 ; Silvo, 170; Old Tay Bridge, 169, and Sergeant Murphy, 1GG. The Lincolnshire will be run March 2G and the Grand National March 28.
