TOMPKINS BACK FROM WEST NEW YORK. N. Y., Feb. 15. Gwynn Tompkins, trainer for S. D. Riddle, has returned from his winter vacation in California. His health has improved and he has gone to the Riddle farm at Berlin, Md., to begin the work of conditioning the horses for the coming seasons racing.
