BLOTTER IN FAST GALLOP NEW ORLEANS, La., March S. Blotter a son of North Star III., owned by the Southland Stable, which furnished the Louisiana Derby winner last spring in Amole, turned in a creditable trial at the Fair Grounds during the forenoon. Blotter worked a mile and an eighth in 1 :57. Fractions of the work were: Half mile, 49; three-quarters, 1:15, mile, 1:42, and mile and one-eighth in 1:57.
