WM. PERKINS WINS SUIT NEW ORLEANS, La., March 8. The civil suit brought by C. II. Wilson, trainer for the stable of J. Mangus, against Wm. Perkins for S1.000 over the sale of the horse San Jacinto, was decided against the plaintiff. Doctor Talbot, well-know veterinarian, testified that the horse did not have sessamoid trouble, but because of Dr. Talbot not being a licensed practitioner the trial judge appointed Dr. Kyle, a local man, to go over the horsa. Dr. Kyles report corroborated the testimony of Dr. Talbot.. Costs of the suit were assessed against Mangus.
