CARTERS BADGE TAKEN UP NEW ORLEANS, La., March 8. For using intemperate language toward the placing judges, R. L. Carters badge has been taken up and he has been denied all privileges, including admisison to the grounds. The entries of the filly, Shirley Louise, his property, have been refused.
