JEFFERSON PARK NOTES R. T. Watts will send his stable to Lexington March 20. Tommy Taylor will transfer his horses to Lexington next Wednesday. Al Kirby has arranged to go to Hot Springs March 19. His stable will be sent to Churchill Downs March IS. Trainer Ben Walters is planning to ship tho Goldblatt horses to Churchill Downs next Sunda"y provided he can secure a car by that day. G. Milton and Carey Winfrey shipped their stables to Bowie Wednesday morning. Jack Phillips will send his stable to the same track next Saturday. Jim Arthur will ship to Bowie at an early date. Assistant starter George Paul was forced to absent himself from duty Wednesday. He was suffering from bruises incurred when the barrier sprung and struck him with force .just prior to the sixth race.
