Won driving; second and third the same. VICE-CHAIRMAN raced into a long lead while rounding the last turn, but was tiring badly at the end and just lasted to win. BUSY BOB was shuffled back at the start, but closed a big gap after working his way up on the outside and was wearing the winner down at the end. DAMAGE ran well and outgamed HAPP1 BUXTON in the final drive. POMERENE set the early pace and quit. CRUCES finished fast on the inside and was wearing the leaders down with every stride. The latter raced well, but tired in the last fifty yards. MAD NELL closed a gap, but also tired and just lasted long enough to withstand the rush of PATSY B. The Jatter was pulled up at the start and raced wide on all the turns, but closed a big gap and finished with a rush on the outside. FINALITY bled. NEEDY tired after leading to the last eighth. COLOSSUS was on the outside on the turn out of the backstrctch, where he was taken to the inside in the bad going, but was coming fast at the end. SOMEUBY set a good pace to the stretcli and quit.
