TURF NEWS OF THE DAY FROM DORVAL PARK The Devonshire special will pull out of Montreal Sunday night. The jumpers cf A. C. Bostwick left Blue Bonnets this morning bound for Hamilton. The Missouri Stable claimed Mercutio for ,600 after the running of the seventh race tcday. M. Garrett, under contract to A. J. Wells of Cleveland, was given a Canadian Racing Association license this morning. M. N. MacFarlan will leave at the end of the meeting to take up his duties as racing secretary at Devonshire. Max Jacobs of Baltimore began his annual visit of two weeks to the Canadian Racing Associations circuit. W. Murray signed to do the starting at Delorimier Park and Kempton Park and departed Thursday night from Cleveland to ship the Murray -Carstall gate, which he will use exclusive at both meetings.
