EXTERMINATORS NEXT RACE MONTREAL, Que., June 19. — Exterminator worked between the third and fourth races today in preparation for his engagement in the Queens Hotel Handicap Saturday. He was accompanied by Captain Haney. In the handicap the Kilmer gelding will carry 115 pounds, third weight to Spot Cash, 128, and Shuffle Along, 124. The old sort of McGee galloped down and up the stretch before his work and then came from the paddock, with Wallace astride in the Kilmer colors. He and his workmate broke from the stand and worked a mile, with Exterminator on the outside and under restraint all the way. Capt. Haney kept with him to the sixteenth post and then Exter-minater drew away, although Wallace stood high in the sttirrups to restrain hira. Following are the fractions of the work: 25%, 37%, 50%, 1:02%, 1:15, 1:27%. 1:43%. After the work Exterminator walked soundly back to his stall amid another outburst of hand-clapping that greeted his gallop, his work and his return to the scales.
