DEVONSHIRE TURF NOTES AVINDSOR, Ont., Aug. 14. Jockey A. Gantner resumed riding today after a three-day suspension. George Corey showed his old time form on Danas. His riding was good. T. F. Devereaux sold the plater Young Adam to the Tri-State Stable at private sale. J. II. Davenport returned from Chicago where he was visiting and reports the Hawthorne meeting a big success. Reprimand broke down so badly while working this morning that he will be out of training for a long time. Benny Jacobs distributed the condition books for Kenilworths second summer meeting. The dates are August 27 to September 3. .
