SHIPPING TO CONNAUGHT FORT ERIE, Ont., Aug. 14. T. P. Gorman, secretary of the Connaught Park Jockey Club, arrived from Ottawa this morning and received instant assurances of the co-operation of horsemen to the end that the fall meeting of the association will be a success. He booked the following for shipment on a special train leaving here Monday: T. J. Donohue, ten ; Mrs. G. H. Abbott, seven ; Riverdale Stable, ten ; J. AVhyte, four ; P. E. Fitzgerald, five ; AV. Fenwick, two ; J. Gorman, three; G. Finch, five ; E. Gleason, five; AV. A. Crawford, seven; II. McDonald, five; J. AV. McNaught, eight; J. Buscher, three ; R. McKeever, four ; Mrs. A. Heit, one ; J. G. Fair, three ; A. Bullcraf t, two ; I. Tul-lett, five; AV. AVeir, four; F. C. McMahon, three ; J. D. Misick, three ; J. A. Durkin, two ; J. Rowan, four; F. Fox, six; G. Milton, three ; J. AV. Kearns, two. -The following will ship from Windsor to Ottawa: Thorncliffo Stable, Seagram Stable. Brookdale Stable, Kenton Stable, J. C. Fletcher and J. K. L. Ross. The meeting will follow that of the AVindsor Jockey Club. The dates are from August 28 to September 4. Mr. Gormaa will leave for Saratoga Saturday.
