MARSHALL CASSIDY TO WIELD FLAG AT KENILWORTH WINDSOR, Ont, Aug. 25. Manager A. M. Orpen and Secretary W. R. Norvell who arrived at Kenilworth Park Sunday, announced that the starter at that track during the meeting extended from August 27 to September 3 will be Marshall Cassidy. Benjamin Jacobs will officiate as clerk of the scales. Mr. Cassidy has been schooling horses at Kenilworth. Secretary Norvell directs the attention oC owners and trainers to the rule that says: "Jockeys riding at Kenilworth must have a license from tho Canadian Racing Association, the Kentucky Racing Commission or the New York Jockey Club." When not in conflict with the conditions o races or with Kenilworth rules the laws of the Canadian Racing Association will apply. Manager Orpen who returned to Kenilworth Park from Toronto says that the new track in the Ontario Capital is practically completed and will be ready for the initial meeting following the close at Kenilworth or the week starting September G. .
