AVINROCK began slowly and was far back for the first j quarter, but came with a rush through the stretch and was racing gamely at the end OUTCAST suffered from some interference, but finished with a rush. PROMISING LAURA tired badly in the stretch. , GLIDING FOX ran a good half, but quit in the last eighth. . . Won driving; second and third the same ANN M. had to overcome rome early interference, but saved much gronnd when coming into the stretch and, taking the lead, outstayed MUSICALLONGE. The latter set a fast pace to the stretch , and began tiring near the end. THEO was allowed to race wide on the turns and came with a rush in the hist eighth. CRESCENT tired badly. Won driving; second and third the same. GO FOIN, close up from the start, finished fast and outstayed BLOTTER. The latter had the best of the start and showed the most speed to the last eighth, but tired in the last sixteenth. GLIDE showed improving form, but was ridden wide on the turns and swerved badly in the stretch and was eased up near the end. BARN DOLLAR, away slowly, was bumped sharply by Glide in the stretch and probably would have won with equal racing luck. LADY FOX ran a fast half and tired badly. VIRGINIUS had no mishaps. KIT quit in the stretch. EELMAN was done after reaching the last eighth. FAIR ORIENT was far back all the way. PAUL MICOU set a fast pace to the last turn and quit.
