The latter J raced into close ut contention while rounding the last turn and finished fast. VANDERBURG raced I well; but tired. KINSMAN ran a fairly gcod race. MISS BEZETTO raced prominently throughout and finished well. KANDUIT closed a gap and finished fast. PICTIN set a fast pace, but tired and ran out. NEW HAMPSHIRE began a bit slowly, but raced into .1 contending position in the first quarter and, saving ground on the last turn; got through at the head of the stretch into a small lead and held it under a good ride. WILL LAND was forced a trifle wide by ENERGY when coming into the stretch, but finished fast and was wearing the winner down. ENERGY set a fast pace to the stretch and tired. SARKO was outpaced.
